Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Certain items (such as hygiene-related or customized products) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48h at Supportnovana@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
